We trust local and national health officials to provide us with guidance on how transit should function around COVID-19. The CDC recommends that people diagnosed with COVID-19, who have reason to suspect they are infected, or are awaiting test results should refrain from using taxis, ride-shares, and public transportation.
We know that some trips simply cannot wait. For your protection, we are taking the following measures to support your health:
- We request driver temperature checks before each shift.
- We require drivers and passengers to wear masks.
- We request driver hand-washing between trips.
- We observe social distancing whenever possible.
- We sanitize vehicles between each trip.
- Our drivers wear gloves when handling packages.
- We provide PPE and isolation suits for trips involving COVID patients.
